Internet Poco & Loco are indefinite term contracts, cancellable at any time. Access to the VDSL network is required to subscribe to an Internet Poco plan. Access to either the VDSL or Proximus Fiber network is necessary to subscribe to an Internet Loco plan. Loco Fiber Boost (€44/month) is a combination of the Scarlet Internet Loco subscription (€34/month) and the Fiber Boost option (€10/month - 300 Mbps down/30 Mbps up). The Proximus Fiber network must be available at your address to take advantage of the Fiber Boost option. The Fiber Boost option can be cancelled at any time, independently of the cancellation of the Internet Loco subscription. Advertised download speeds may vary based on factors such as the distance between your home and the exchange (for VDSL) or the internal wiring. These factors must be optimal to surf at the maximum advertised speed.
Unlimited Internet: Scarlet's internet services are reserved for private use. The download speed is reduced to 3 Mbps beyond a download volume of 3 TB per month. This speed is sufficient to ensure basic use: internet browsing, email use... In case of exceeding this limit, you will have the option to activate an "extra 1 TB of internet volume" option, which allows you, for €5 per month, to maintain your surfing speed for an additional 1 TB.
Promotion: Installation worth €50 free of charge. Promotion valid from 05/05/2025 to 16/11/2025 for new customers and existing mobile customers subscribing to a Scarlet Internet Loco plan. Only the line activation fees (€29) are due. Payment must be made upon receipt of your first invoice. Scarlet reserves the right to change the terms of the promotion at any time.
